TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

*Prior to placing any services with Blue Water Restoration, the client must read and agree to all the terms & conditions listed below. This is done through our request form on our website, with the client's signature. And  if the client wants to approve the quote sent to him/her via text message, then it is the client's responsibility to read and agree to all the terms & conditions prior to approving. By signing the quote, the client agrees to all of the following terms & conditions*  

1. All deposits/payments that are made are not refundable in any, way shape or form.

2. Inspection fees are a minimum of $899.

3. Travel fees outside of London, Ontario are extra and calculated based on kilometers.

4. All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash, items of sentimental, antiques, etc.

5. For dry wall cutting, plastering, and painting: Whatever length of dry wall that is cut and replaced for that area that is painted by us is just a rough painting job (it is not a fine finish job), it is not a fine painting job unless the entire dry wall is painted and plastered by us. 

6. Air scrubber, dehumidifiers, and air movers (the number of machines depends on the client's contract) are an extra charge after three days; these machines are highly recommended and not included in the service after the three days. For example, if the client requires the machines for more than three days, there is an extra charge associated with them of $1500/day. Any additional days come at an extra charge which the client will be required to pay for. 

7. Moving furniture starts at $499

8. If the customer chooses to cancel the appointment the same-day, they will have to pay for the whole amount in the quote/invoice. 

9. Quotes are tentative and may be subject to change upon the arrival of appointment date.

10. When booking on the weekend, there is a service charge.
